 釜用機械密封訂貨、使用、安裝

一、訂貨前必須詳細提供配套設備的軸徑、壓力、溫度、轉速、密封介質及軸的旋向。
二、跟據參數，正確選擇相應型號的機械密封及使用材料。
三、釜用雙端面機械密封使用壓力高于0.8Mpa，需配平衡罐裝置。
四、介質溫度高于200°C，需要選用雙冷卻結構密封。
五、軸的徑向擺動≤0.5mm，表面粗糙度不低于1.6（△6）外徑制造公差為-0.02，倒角并修光滑。
六、軸封裝配密封的釜口法蘭，不垂直度為≤0.5mm。
七、釜用單端面機械密封彈簧壓縮量，按圖規定進行允許誤差正負1mm。
八、清洗所有零件，在軸上及摩擦面涂少量的潤滑油，使動環能在軸上靈活滑動。
九、機械密封安裝后應用水試運轉24小時候再正式投料生產。

Ordering,Usage and Installation forPump-using Mechanical Ssals

1.Information about axial diameter,pressure,temperature,rotative-velocity Sealing media and rotary-orientatin of corollary equip- ments shoulc bi provided in detail before ordering.
2.Choose corresponding types of machanical seals and necessary necessary materials according to the parameters.
3.Balancing tank should be applied when the pressure is high than 0.8Npa(refer to figureabove)
4.Dual-cooling stucture must be used when the media temperature is high than 200°C.
5.The axial float of the shaft is no more than 0.5mm .
6.The permitted non-perpendicularty of the shaft and the flange for installing machanical seals is 0.05mm.
7.The produding to learance of the shaft in the place where machanical seals would be installed is d4 and the fineness is.
8.When the installation is done, the should be a trial run with water for 24 hours before staeting production.
